Dawood Basha Kofta: 750 gm
Cooking method: Heat about 2 tablespoons in a big pan, then put the kofta and turn it on all the sides until it is fried, then put it out.
Another cooking method: Sprinkle a little amount of flour on the kofta an then put it in the oven at a temperature 130-150 degrees from 5 to 10 mins, then put it in the sauce.
The sauce cooking method: Add chopped onions and garlic in a pan and stir them for about 3-4 minutes, then add 1 cup of tomato juice and 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with some on salt and pepper, then add the kofta to them.

طريقة التحضير: يتم تسخين حوالي ملعقتين كبيرتين من الزيت في طاسة كبيرة، ثم نضع الكفتة ويتم تقليبها لكل الجهات حتى تقلى، ثم نصفيها من الزيت
ويمكن أيضا نسويتها بطريقة أخرى: نقوم برش القليل من الدقيق على الكفتة في صينية وندخلها الفرن على درجة حرارة (130-150) من 5 غلى 10 دقائق ثم يتم وضعها في الصلصة
طريقة عمل الصلصة: نقوم بوضع ثوم وبصل مفرومين في طاسة وتقليبهم حتى أن يذبلوا، ثم نضيف إليهم 1 كوب عصير طماطم مع ملعقتين كبيرتين معجون طماطم والقليل من الملح والفلفل، ثم نضيف إليهم الكفتة
