Beef Sausages – سجق بقري

Beef Sausages: 750 gm

Cooking method: You can grill it on the traditional grill, or on the electric grill, or you can heat up a small amount of oil in a pan, then put some onions and bell peppers for about 4-5 minutes, and then place on the sausage for about 10-15 minutes, or cook it in a water bath.

سجق بقري: 750 جرام 

طريقة التحضير: يمكن تسويته على الشواية، أو الشواية بالكهرباء، أو يمكن تسخين كمية بسيطة من السمن أو الزيت في طاسة، ثم يتم تشويح بصل وفلفل ألوان، ثم يتم وضع السجق عليهم لمدة حوالي 10-15 دقيقة حتى يستوي، أو يمكن تسويته في حمام مياه
