طريقة التحضير: يمكن تسويتها على الشواية، أو شواية بالكهرباء على درجة حرارة 180-220، أو يمكن تسويتها في صينية على البوتاجاز مغطاه بالورق الألومونيوم وبعد التسوية يمكن وضع قطعة فحم مشتعلة في ورق ألومونيوم صغيرة ووضعها في وسط صينية الكفتة وتغطية الصينية مرة أخرى لتعطيها نكهة الشواء
